About Me

I have always had a deep passion for amphibians, ever since I was a child. Frogs and toads have fascinated me for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats, but now that I’m halfway through life’s journey, I’ve decided to dedicate the next chapter to educating others about the fascinating—sometimes funny, sometimes strange—world of amphibians.

I made a major career shift by leaving a long-term job and relocating to Atlanta, Georgia for four months to train at the Amphibian Foundation, where I earned my Master Herpetology Certificate. While there, I also completed a venomous snake handling certification. I am currently continuing my education by working toward a Master Husbandry Certificate, expanding my skills in captive care, breeding, and species-specific management.

My goal is to help people understand not only how remarkable these creatures are, but also why their conservation is so important. To do this, I care for a variety of amphibians that serve as “ambassador animals,” giving people of all ages the opportunity to meet, learn about, and develop respect for them.

As my education program grows, so will my collection of ambassador animals. I offer engaging, age-appropriate presentations tailored to any setting—whether it’s a home, school, park, community center, senior event, birthday party, or open house. Wherever you are, I can bring a fun and educational amphibian experience to you.
